People with pain, limitations, or difficulties due to accidents or operations can use the Feldenkrais Method to improve their over all functioning.

Because the Feldenkrais Method focuses on how the Nervous System functions it is very effective in claming the unnecessary brain activity and the vegetative Nervous System. People with pain or movement coordination difficulties can learn to reduce their pain, breath easier, sleep better, and slowly increase what they are able to do. By doing   «Awareness through Movement» and «Functional Integration» lessons they can improve their quality of movement and thus their quality of life.
