Weekend Workshops

Seminar House - Felsentor on Mt. Rigi

Each Feldenkrais weekend workshop will include four «Awareness through Movement» lessons and brief presentation of some aspect of Feldenkrais Method theory. Each seminar has a different focus and the workshop can be taken independent of one another.

The Feldenkrais workshops have been designed for people with or with out previous experience with the Feldenkrais Method.
