Because I have a full-time practice, give advanced trainings and am the most experienced Feldenkrais practitioner in Zürich who specializes in working with babies and children, my time for individual lessons with adults is limited.

Over the years I have developed an approach to working with adults that has proven to be very effective. I have produced a wide selection of ATM lessons on CD taught by myself in German. These lessons can be done by most anyone at home. The best way to reduce pain and improve functioning is to work with an experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner for group or individual lessons and to do a selection of lessons on CD or DVD at home.

The «Awareness through Movement» lessons from Nancy Aberle on CD are now available. Each set consists of a specific combination of four 45-60 minute lessons that focus on a particular theme.

It is also possible to choose your own set of four lessons from the list of «Feldenkrais CDs individual selection». These CD Series that you can create yourself are also sold in sets of four, eight or twelve Lessons.

CDs with Text for Feldenkrais Practitioners

For German-speaking Feldenkrais Practitioners it is useful to have the written text of the lessons that are available on CD. Practitioners can order the text for the set of four lessons if they wish. Text is not sold separate from the CD or DVDs.
